Can I exchange a phone with a replaced battery or screen?
Yes, we accept phones with serviced parts as long as they are fully disclosed. The final valuation will reflect the condition of the replacement part.
Do I need the original box and cash memo?
Having the original box and bill gives you an additional ৳1,500 - ৳2,500 valuation bonus, but it is not mandatory. Valid national ID is required for verification.
Can customers outside Dhaka do an exchange?
Yes! You can ship your device to our Rajuk Trade Center address via courier for inspection. Once approved, we dispatch your upgraded device.
